The USSR – a Realm of Goodness and Reason!

Reading time: 8 minutes

We present translation of an article from the German Telegram channel FKT – History of the Soviet Union, first published at our Telegram channel Beorn And The Shieldmaiden. The article debunks more of the black myths about Stalin and the USSR of the 1930s. Make sure to also read their other article that we have translated: The Myth of the “Stalinist Purges”.

Under Gorbachev, we were indoctrinated with the brazen slander about the “Stalin repressions”, which the orthodox anti-Sovietist Solzhenitsyn invented – supposedly, the “bloody tyrant” Stalin killed 100 million of the “best sons of the Fatherland”. And millions of people actually believed it, because the more brazen and unbelievable the lie, the easier it is for fools to believe it – as the fascist Goebbels noted, and the liar Solzhenitsyn took advantage of it.

Here’s the clarification of a few fundamental questions:

Why are the fights against the enemies called “repressions”?!

Because for many, the word “repressions” associates with the punishment of innocent people.

Where are the bodies of 100 million victims?

Without their demonstration, the criticism of Stalin by the liar Solzhenitsyn is obviously unscientific. With the same success, any terrorist from Guantánamo and indeed anyone could write a book titled “The Camps of Guantánamo” and, apart from the revelations of a dozen terrorists imprisoned there, claim the following without evidence:

“Every US President tortured 100,500 million Americans on a hydraulic press and drank their blood for breakfast, lunch and dinner”

And then you could award the Nobel Prize for Literature to the author of the book, and it would be the truth?

What was the demography like?

According to the 1897 census of the Russian Empire, its population, including Poland and Finland, was only 125 million people. After that, three wars took place:

➖Russian-Japanese War 1905
➖three revolutions ,1905–1907, February and October 1917
➖First World War, 1914–1917
➖”Civil War” (not really one), 1918–1922
➖and even the secession of Poland and Finland in 1918.

If we subtract these 125 million from all these human losses – about 13 million people in the three wars + about 15 million people – the then population of Poland and Finland, the famines and diseases, and add to this the 100 million people allegedly murdered by Stalin, it turns out that the population of the USSR would have been ZERO!

Against whom did the united Europe with its million-strong Wehrmacht lose?

Who created the second largest economy in the world, an industrial, nuclear and space superpower – the USSR?

This contradiction proves that the theses of the criminal Solzhenitsyn, who was in the Gulag, are brazen lies and slander.

Let’s compare the censuses of the USSR in 1926, 1959 and 1989:

In 1926, the population of the USSR was 147 million people, in 1959 – 209 million people, and in 1989 – already 287 million people. Consequently, the population of the USSR under the godless Communists from 1926 to 1989 increased by 140 million people!
And despite the war! The democrats in the Russian Federation have proven by their experience that they are not capable of such heroic deeds of the godless.

If we compare the data of the censuses of 1926 and 1959, it turns out that the population growth of the USSR under Stalin was 62 million people. At the same time, the losses of the USSR in the Great Patriotic War amounted to about 26 million people. Taking these into account, it turns out that the difference between the birth rate and mortality under Stalin was 88 million people! So, if there had been no war, the population of the USSR would have increased by almost 90 million people in the approximately 30 years of Stalin’s rule!

This is a tremendous achievement of socialism and personally of Stalin – of Stalinist industrialisation! We should be proud of it.

The population growth under Stalin – almost 3 million people per year! So if instead of Gorbachev and Yeltsin, Stalin or his followers had ruled since the fall of the Soviet Union, the population of Russia would have increased by 108 million people in 36 years instead of a demographic catastrophe! And the shootings of embezzlers would not only not have stood in the way of this population growth, but on the contrary would have helped people to multiply and live happily.

Now let’s apply a cause-effect analysis to these data:

The colossal population growth in the USSR – 140 million people – was promoted by the system and by the planned economy. Guaranteed work, free housing, free medical care, free education, and the absence of the disadvantages of capitalism – the economic crises of capitalism, the purely capitalist unemployment, and the purely capitalist inflation, contributed to the population growth.

Thanks to socialism, people had confidence in the future, were not afraid to marry and to found large families in peace, as they were 100% sure that they could feed ten children and that the Soviet government would guarantee them and their children work in their field, free housing, free education, and free medical care.

❗️Exactly these advantages of socialism were the reason for the colossal population growth under the Communists.

And now let’s conduct a comparative analysis of these data:

It makes sense to compare the population growth in the USSR with the demographic catastrophe that began in 1991 in the countries that had switched to capitalism, religiosity, and democracy, such as Russia, Ukraine, the Baltics, etc., where over the 35 years of the capitalist and democratic experiment on the people (unemployment, inflation, crises, crime, corruption), the population of these countries has been decimated by tens of millions of people.

So who is the bloody tyrant and dictator? Are Gorbachev, Yeltsin, and his entire team of democrats, who shelled the Supreme Soviet of the USSR with tanks in 1993, bloody tyrants? Ruslan Khasbulatov proves in his book «The Criminal Regime. Yeltsin’s ‘Liberal Tyranny’» exactly that it was Yeltsin who was the bloody tyrant and criminal!

One can hardly disagree with this

According to the archival data of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs, from 1921 to 1953, 642,980 people were shot for counter-revolutionary crimes and 2,369,220 people were imprisoned. These figures correspond to reality – there were no 100 million victims of repression!

In order not to foam at the mouth, but to scientifically understand whether this is much or little, it is necessary to COMPARE THESE DATA WITH THOSE OF OTHER COUNTRIES.

In 2011 alone, there were 2,266,800 prisoners in the prisons and concentration camps of the USA. In the USSR under Stalin, corrupt officials were shot, and today in China, corrupt officials are shot every month. And the media do not moan about “Chinese repression”.

Now we should separately talk about the ‘best sons of the Motherland’.

Who were these enemies of the people, these 642,980 people who were shot under Stalin?

If we open the 1936 Stalinist Constitution, we learn that in Article 131 those who embezzled socialist property were called enemies of the people.

In today’s language: robbers and extortionists, fraudsters and thieves, bribable and embezzlers, pests and bandits.

Under Stalin, corrupt officials were shot roughly like this:

This afternoon, an official stole money from the state budget, and at night, people from the NKVD picked him up and shot him – he didn’t even have time to build himself a palace. Moreover, under Stalin, for example, drunk drivers were imprisoned for a long time.

However, today in the Russian Federation, drunk drivers run over people and usually go unpunished. For example, the murderer Anna Shavenskova went unpunished.

Therefore, in the democratic Russian Federation, there is the freedom to murder and steal with impunity. Thus, the Russian Federation, compared to the USSR, is a land of savages with the law of the jungle, while the USSR was a truly free and happy country with reasonable and just laws and popular sovereignty. Thus, democracy and capitalism are tyranny, while socialism means freedom and justice.

And where are the best sons of the Fatherland?

They lived in peace, advanced science and technology, and created the second largest economy in the world – the USSR. Yes, there was one case: The founder of space travel, S. P. Korolev, was slandered and imprisoned by a jealous person on the basis of a fabricated accusation. But it was Stalin himself who personally released Korolev and gave him the opportunity to be the first to fly into space. And malicious envious people still exist to this day, both in Russia and in every other country, and they love to make life difficult for other people. And such things happen in every country in the world, for example in the USA, where many Americans are in totalitarian American concentration camps, and this is due to minor trifles.

Conclusion

Against the backdrop of such a huge population growth of 140 million people in the USSR from a hundred million, talking about repressions is the most despicable and shameless slander of Solzhenitsyn against Stalin, the planned economy, and socialism. And anyone who mindlessly and uncritically repeats this slander against Stalin is either an enemy of the people or is committing a big mistake out of gullibility.

The world has not seen a more brazen and dangerous liar than this despicable type, the anti-Sovietist Solzhenitsyn. Solzhenitsyn is a destroyer of the Soviet Union and Russia.

The repressions against bribable and enemy of the people under Stalin are a highly moral, just, and noble matter. Thus, the debunked slander regarding the repressions does not give any reason to call the USSR a “realm of evil” and attach the labels of “tyranny” and “totalitarianism” to it.

Measured against the population growth in the USSR and the demographic catastrophe in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, the Baltics, and Germany, the label “realm of evil” fits better with the capitalist democratic countries, against the backdrop of which the USSR appears like a realm of goodness and reason.
