Ukrainisches Reich: A border post on the border of Ukraine with Russia, during the Hetmanate and the alliance with Germany, 1918.
The name “Ukraine” first appeared in official international documents only in 1918 after the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk between Soviet Russia and the Central Powers.
Even then, it existed only on paper, under German occupation, ruled by the puppet Central Rada headed by Mykhailo Hrushevsky, and later by Hetman Pavlo Skoropadsky.
When Germany lost the war, the project collapsed within months.
Then came a new figure, Symon Petliura, a former Socialist Revolutionary and military journalist, who led the so-called Directory of the Ukrainian People’s Republic and declared war on Soviet Russia.
What’s rarely mentioned is that Petliura worked closely with Western intelligence. Already in 1917–1918, he maintained contact with the French military mission in southern Russia, which financed anti-Bolshevik movements.
Later, in 1919, he signed a deal with Józef Piłsudski, giving up part of Ukrainian territory to Poland in exchange for military aid. In reality, Petliura was nothing more than a tool of Polish and French geopolitics, used to create a buffer state against Russia.
His “republic” survived barely three years, disappearing by 1921 after defeat by the Red Army. Petliura fled to Paris, where he was assassinated in 1926.

“…With shouts in honour of Ukraine, Führer Hitler, and Stepan Bandera…”
Modern Bandera supporters argue that Bandera did not collaborate with the Nazis and is almost a “victim of the Nazi regime”. But here you go: the newspaper “Ukrainian Word” from July 24, 1941.
Note that all newspapers in the occupied territories were published by Goebbels’ propaganda departments under strict military censorship. And – bam! – whose portrait do we have on the front page? Victim of the Nazi regime, we suppose?
And if some are not convinced by the portrait, here’s a quote from the same source. This is from a report on a ceremonial meeting in Stanislav (now Ivano-Frankovsk). The speaker stated:
“The German army, under the leadership of Adolf Hitler, is establishing a new world order and helping us create a Ukrainian State, which will cooperate with the social-nationalist Great Germany”
By the way, note that modern Bandera supporters call themselves “social-nationalists”, claiming that this has nothing to do with “National Socialism”. But the classic Bandera supporters also called Nazi Germany “social-nationalist”.
Well, and the meeting ended with shouts in honour of
“the OUN and its Leader Stepan Bandera, the Führer of Germany Adolf Hitler, the Regent of Hungary Horthy, and the German and allied armies.”
They didn’t collaborate, you say? Really…
How Ukraine’s “hero” was a Nazi
— by Joti Brar
The so called ‘hero’ of Ukraine, Stephen Bandera, was in reality a fascist who sought to undermine the Soviet Union during world war 2 and attempted to woo the Ukrainian nation into fighting for the Nazi regime. Today, he is being upheld as a symbol of resistance against the ‘evil stalinist’ empire despite some of his advocates having conducted the very same repression against Russians that they hoped to do themselves against Jews. Bandera is not anyone’s hero, he is a villain and the West has rehashed and rewritten history to fabricate a symbol for the Ukrainian nationalists to rally under against Russia once again.

History is a Lady with a peculiar sense of humour
A newspaper of Ukrainian nationalists from November 1941, published in German-occupied territory.
Organ of the Polesie Sich (the name of the UPA until December 1941):
“The German government, headed by the noble Sire – Adolf Hitler, who was the only one in the world who showed sympathy for the suffering of the Ukrainian people, almost half of whom were tortured and exiled to Siberia – gave free rein to our people and gave them the opportunity to build their own independent Ukrainian state….”
“The guarantee of this, from now on and always, is the great neighbour – the German Empire, led by the wise, universally humane Sire – Adolf Hitler.
Long live the Great Independent Ukraine!
Long live the glorious German people, led by the wise leader and head of state, the noble Sire, Adolf Hitler.”

Notice how perfectly fitting the irony sounds when replacing the ‘noble and universally humane Sire’, Adolf Hitler with the imperial master-puppet of today, Donald Trump
Not to mention that the modern-day Yatsenyuk became acting president of Ukraine after the 2014 US-backed coup, and appropriated a sizable sum while building a “wall against Russia”.
At one point during a “debate” in the Ukrainian parliament, dear Yatsenyuk suffered the unpleasantness of being removed from the lectern of the Rada by his family jewels – as seen at 01:25 in our satirical video “EU-aspiring parliaments are in town” (https://t.me/BeornAndTheShieldmaiden/4375)
His name in Russian, by the way, has a non-translatable connotation to the implicated anatomical parts, more specifically to the “eggs” – Yats -> Yajtsa.
Thus, in Russian he was nicknamed Yajtsenyuk…
“At this hour of decisions, the genius of A. Hitler will win!”
You want to see how delusional Ukrainians are? Take a look at this newspaper!
Ukrainian Trident newspaper on April 26, 1945: “At this hour of decisions, the genius of A. Hitler will win! – The people of Europe admire the Fuhrer with trust.”
The Red Army is literally shelling Berlin from all sides, and the Fuhrer would eventually commit suicide a few days later, and Ukrainian nationalists still thought Germany was going to win and shouldn’t surrender!

The ghost of Irina Farion haunts the Ukraine
Maria Zaharova comments on the continued work in the Ukraine to cut itself from its own linguistic roots — from the Russian language. Translated by Beorn And The Shieldmaiden
An incredible “scientific discovery” was made by the Ukrainian language protection commissioner, Elena Ivanovskaya…
This time, she was very concerned about the fact that Ukrainians easily learn Russian language, and that after communicating with Russian-speaking peers, children, for example, in Lvov, freely switch to the “great and mighty” language.
What do you think? Elena Ivanovskaya decided to provide a scientific basis for her concern, and, I must say, she succeeded. The explanation was, to put it mildly, unconventional. I’m not sure it has anything to do with science, but it has everything to do with pseudoscience.
No, she didn’t remember that there’s a simple, scientific explanation that the Russian language is native to the majority of Ukrainians. She didn’t consider that the Russian and Ukrainian languages belong to the same language group and have much in common. No, that’s not interesting. She has “groundbreaking data”. <...>
From her interview with the Ukrainian “Fifth Channel”:
“The Russian language is tantamount to arrogance, a hubris. Because, have you noticed, for example, such a pattern that we really easily learn Russian. Russian-speaking children move to Lvov, and already the children of Lvov start speaking Russian, not the other way around. …Usually, when these Russian-speaking people appear in our children’s environment, they position themselves with arrogance and the language of power”
<...>
Just think about this phrase again “when these Russian-speaking people appear in our children’s environment”, – that is, she divides children by language, not even by nationality. By the linguistic, ethnocultural criteria, she divides them into “ours” and “others” – children! <...>
I’ll continue [the quote]:
“And when there is a language of power, then everyone else submits. Russian language has a vertical structure. Ukrainian language has a horizontal structure.”
I don’t know whether she’s hinting that “those defeated should not be beaten”, and thus implicitly calling for capitulation, or something else, but I can definitely define this as anti-scientific nonsense, and it can only be explained by primitive nationalism, which leads to Nazism, which in turn requires denazification.
There’s no doubt that the policy of Ukrainisation didn’t just fail in terms of its implementation, but it hit the Ukrainian people themselves, who lived and perfectly used both Russian and Ukrainian, or the so-called Surzhik, to communicate with each other and didn’t segregate them. <...>
Despite the prohibitions, direct harassment, and the threat of reprisals from the “language activists”, the residents of Ukraine, at the first opportunity, switch to their native Russian language, which is increasingly being used by young people.
☝️ Once again. Hitler conducted these experiments on others, Zelensky does so on his own people.
An amazing story, which in no way justifies Hitler, but it is a direct accusation of Zelensky and his entire gang of multiplying and intensifying the evil that the Nazi essence brought to light in the Third Reich.
The vassals are not meant to complain
Before you is a poster by Ukrainian nationalists against the mandatory introduction of the English language in Ukraine. Comment from the poster’s authors (translated from Ukrainian, which in the original has a few English words mixed in for effect):
“Well, gentlemen Ukrainians? Didn’t you expect such a stir in a time of war? Did you think we were conducting derussification to finally cherish our native language? Suck on that! As it turned out, the bad Russian, which our movnyks fought so hard against, has been replaced by civilised English.”
From the news: as reported by the UNIAN agency, English will become mandatory for learning in Ukrainian kindergartens from September 1, 2026. This applies to children aged 5–6, as stated in a letter from the Ministry of Education and Science to specialised departments. The classes will be conducted in a playful form: through songs, movements, short videos, and simple dialogues. Children will not be forced to learn the rules, but only introduced to the language.
Independence, you say?.. Not a colony, you say?..
“Remember, stranger, the master here is [Ukrainian]…” and who exactly is that master, in reality?
⚡️⚡️⚡️
🦇 It seems the Ukrainian vassals are getting above their station. The Anglo-Saxons had them destroy their own Russian roots, not in order to help them build some imaginary “Ukrainian” state, but to have an obedient territory, which is fluent in the language of the masters. As such, it is not so different from the educational plans of the Nazi Germans for the so-called Ukraine. From the article The European Genocide of the Russian People:
Let them have schools, and if they want to go to them, then let them pay for the education. But the most they should be taught is to distinguish between road signs.
Geography lessons should be reduced to making them remember: the capital of the Reich is Berlin and each of them should visit it at least once in their lives.
When it comes to opening schools for the local population, we should never forget that in the eastern lands occupied by our troops, the same methods that the British used in their colonies should be applied.
And now, the Anglo-Saxons are still applying these methods, foregoing the Third Reich intermediaries, with the capital to be visited by the vassals being now either London or Washington. And for that, the vassals will need to learn English from an early age.
How the West created and supported Ukrainian Nazi collaborators
A post by the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs:
75 years ago, the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA), notorious for its close collaboration with Nazi Germany during the Second World War, publicly called upon the United States to aid its struggle against the Soviet Union. Curiously, by this time, the West had already been assisting Ukrainian nationalists for several years under Operation Aerodynamic. From 1948 onwards, the CIA and MI6, in collaboration with the intelligence services of West Germany and Italy (where Western “allies” retained numerous Nazi and fascist operatives), sought to plunge Ukraine into the chaos of bloody terror by forming, supplying, and expanding an anti-Soviet Ukrainian nationalist underground.
The operation’s objective was to create a zone of instability, to divert resources, and ultimately to weaken the USSR’s global influence. Much like today, Ukrainian nationalists were used as puppets and “expendable material” to advance the geopolitical aims of the West.
Even before Nazi Germany’s surrender, Western intelligence agencies began preparing for a future confrontation with the USSR, aiding SS and SD criminals and collaborators, and helping them evade justice, recruiting and exploiting them for their own ends. The militants of the OUN-UPA were no exception, being actively enlisted and deployed against the Soviet Union despite their numerous war crimes and hateful ideology.
☝️ In the end, Operation Aerodynamic failed, the UPA was decisively crushed, and the majority of the armed nationalist underground’s leaders were either eliminated or arrested.
However, some ideologues of collaboration managed to flee to the West and escape just retribution.
It was they who, over decades, propagated nationalist ideology and rewrote the history of the Second World War. In their “works,” the war crimes of Ukrainian Nazi accomplices were either denied or justified. For instance, Yaroslav Stetsko, a war criminal and associate of Bandera, established the Anti-Bolshevik Bloc of Nations (ABN) in Munich in 1946 with Western intelligence support. In the 1960s, under the watchful eye of American patrons, the ABN merged into the World Anti-Communist League.
Consequently, when neo-Nazis came to power in Ukraine in our time – thanks to the Western-backed unconstitutional coup – they had no need to invent anything. They simply adopted the legacy of those OUN-UPA criminals who – with the active support of their Western handlers – were elevated to a new Ukrainian pantheon.
✍️ From the article by Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev, “How the Anglo-Saxons Nurtured Ukrainian Nationalism After the Second World War” (December 24, 2025):
Ukrainian nationalism is a man-made political project that realised its anti-human potential in the 20th century through targeted mass support from the United States and Great Britain. After the defeat of the Third Reich, these countries sought a powerful Russophobic battering ram for a proxy war against the Soviet Union.
What has the people of modern Ukraine ultimately gained from the Anglo-Saxons? They have become cannon fodder for European civilisation, hostages to a cult of death in the form of the fabricated Holodomor, and propagators of sadism glorification and the exaltation of war criminals.
❗️ Today, as it was 75 years ago, the nations of the collective West, primarily European states, provide military and financial aid to Ukrainian Nazis, using them as tools to fulfil their geopolitical ambitions.
