As promised, I am presenting here translations of several more articles, pertaining to the topic of the American biolabs on the territory of Ukraine. Three articles, to be exact. They have some intersecting information, and some unique aspect, all of which help build a fuller picture of the situation there.
But first, a word from China… It is not often that China speaks up on the international affairs, and it was pretty reserved on the Russian ukro-nazi clean-up operation, to the point where Australia had to yup-up, demanding China broke its silence. Well, China just did that, but not in the way Australia wanted:
China urges Pentagon to open up about ‘biolabs’ in Ukraine
China’s foreign ministry has called on the US to disclose information on the Pentagon’s alleged biological laboratories in Ukraine “as soon as possible”.

Speaking at a press briefing on Tuesday, however, Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Zhao Lijian claimed that, according to his country’s information, the laboratories in Ukraine are just “a tip of an iceberg” and that the US Department of Defense “controls 336 biological laboratories in 30 countries around the world.” This is done under the pretext of “cooperating to reduce biosecurity risks” and “strengthening global public health,” Zhao said.It is the first time that Beijing has disclosed the alleged figure. Zhao said that according to data “released by the United States itself,” there are 26 US laboratories in Ukraine. In light of Russia’s military offensive in the country, he urged “all parties concerned” to ensure the safety of the labs.
“In particular, the United States, as the party which knows these laboratories best, should publish the relevant details as soon as possible, including which viruses are stored and which research has been carried out,” he said.
He claimed the US “has been exclusively obstructing” the establishment of an independent verification mechanism. Such behaviour, Zhao said, “further aggravates the concerns of the international community.”
Before we proceed, however, there is a need to comment on the difference in the reported number of the biolabs: 15 in some cases, 30 in other. The reason for this can be gleaned from my previous translation, Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation: Kiev has created a network of 30 biological laboratories commissioned by the United States. Counting seems to depend on how the different laboratories are classified, if they are institutes, labs or epidemiologic centres. I think it is best to go with the number presented by the Russian Ministry of Defence, while other numbers can serve as more “optimistic” references.
But back to the translations. First in line was published on Cont on the 7th of March 2022.
US laboratories: Ukraine can become a new Wuhan at any time
13 laboratories were opened in Ukraine, moreover, on the basis of the Soviet scientific facilities.
Six times, or even more, the United States tried to make Ukraine finally become a testing ground not only for the military, but also for biological tests of the United States. “People are meat, but plywood costs money” In Ukraine, if anyone does not know, 13 laboratories were opened, and, moreover, on the basis of the Soviet scientific facilities. And that is why outbreaks of unusual diseases began among the local population.
In total, the USA has more than 400 biological laboratories around the world, and 13 of them are located in Ukraine. Three are located in Kiev, three more – in Lvov, one each – in Vinnytsia, Kherson, Ternopil and Uzhgorod and other settlements. Research centres realise the danger of the presence of the United States in Ukraine, when all the surrounding residents are potential victims of tests, which is an added argument in favour of the separation of Crimea and the independence of Donbass – they don’t make guinea pigs out of people there now.
The traitorous clown, the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, of course, knew and knows about all this, but he did not do anything and is not doing anything now, probably realizing the full catastrophic scale of the situation. “Ze” is to some extent a guinea pig himself, fulfilling someone else’s will, on the terms of which he was promoted as head of state.
And the American laboratories themselves began to open as much as a decade and a half ago, under Viktor Yushchenko. Then the Ukrainian Ministry of Health concluded several cooperation agreements with the Pentagon, formally concerning the research of genetically modified products. In reality, they assumed the study of various pathogens, the development of methods to prevent their spread. And this is at the absolute minimum. And, by the way, only American personnel work in these laboratories. Funding comes directly from the US Department of Defence. The question is why would an independent state be in need of such a nominally very dangerous conspiracy?
“The Pentagon is not a charitable organization. The amount of funding for US military biological activities in the period 2017-2019 is about $1 billion (in fact, $1.28 million for 2016-2019 – remark from “Blocknote”), and no one will answer a simple question: why is the Pentagon spending a lot of money on microbiological and genetic research in distant and epidemiologically calm Northern Eurasia?” – says columnist Alexander Khrolenko in his column.
Legalized genocide
American legislation allows the creation of bioweapons according to the special permission of the US government. It is noteworthy that the American law exempts the participants of these projects from criminal liability in case of illegal or unsuccessful tests. Therefore, if anything happens, you can put all the blame on Ukraine, Georgia, etc. And now – those terrible facts that can rightfully be blamed on Ukraine. In 2009, 450 people died of haemorrhagic pneumonia in Ternopol. Doctors told about terrible cases when young people developed lightning-fast pulmonary edema in the lungs, and a person died literally within 30 minutes.
Not enough? Let’s move on. In 2011, there was an outbreak of cholera in Ukraine, which claimed 33 lives. In 2014, this disease was diagnosed in 800 Ukrainians, in 2015 more than 100 residents of Nikolaev were infected with cholera.
At the beginning of 2016, 20 servicemen in Kharkov died from a flu-like virus, which was not the flu. More than 200 people with a severe course of the disease were hospitalized. Just two months later, in the spring of 2016, 364 residents of Ukraine died from swine flu — notably from the same strain that spread around the world in 2009. In 2017, outbreaks of viral Hepatitis A were recorded in a number of regions.
Moreover, experts know perfectly well that all these ailments are not endemic to Ukraine. By the way, the ever-memorable “Pan Yanek”, Viktor Yanukovych, having become president after the liberal Yushchenko, “wound down” the work of the Pentagon biolabs. Isn’t that why, among other things, the Americans took him out of sight in 2014? And “Petsia” Poroshenko gave the green light again, the laboratories started working again in full force.
The fact that American biological laboratories are testing the biological weapons being developed on the local population was stated a few years ago by the chief sanitary doctor of Russia, Anna Popova. An example is a group of Russian children with intestinal poisoning returning after a vacation in Georgia. The causative agent of the infection, from which the little Russians suffered, could not be identified — and the disease, meanwhile, turned out to be serious and proceeded very hard.
“With the help of subcontractors who are not accountable to Congress, such laboratories can develop anything, since they are located outside the United States and not only around the perimeter of Russia, but in Africa, Asia — in those regions that can serve as a hotbed of infection through microorganisms and insects that are natural carriers of diseases,” Bogdan Bezpalko, a member of the Council on Interethnic Relations under the President of Russia, warned a couple of years ago.
It is easy to understand why the United States has opened so many laboratories in Ukraine. Since Soviet times, this country has remained a kind of centre for microbiological research: according to official data for 1992, 2,381 biological laboratories working with pathogenic microorganisms of hazard groups II-IV were registered on its territory. And at that time, a third of these laboratories were functioning in unsatisfactory conditions, that is, they threatened all living things around them. By 2018, according to the WHO Regional Office for Europe, there were already 2,695 or even more. “Let’s be honest to the end: any, even the most run-down, laboratory can be turned into a small biological weapons factory, notes IA REGNUM.
Does Ukraine need this? Unlikely. Only its authorities are interested in the money flowing from the Pentagon. And, perhaps, lobbyists — they also do not work for free. But the Ukrainian people do not receive any money or jobs from these classified projects — only outbreaks of deadly infections. Of course, while the fight against these biological laboratories is limited to parliamentary requests, the matter will not budge: Ukrainian citizens themselves must defend their own interests, protect their lives and health — organize protest actions, demand the closure of facilities, etc.
On March 6, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation published documents testifying to the destruction of particularly dangerous pathogens of plague and anthrax pathogens in Ukrainian biological laboratories. According to the Russian Defence Ministry, these facts indicate that a military biological program was implemented in Kiev with the financial assistance of the US Department of Defence. Simply put, biological weapons were being developed here.
“The Pentagon has serious concerns about the disclosure of conducting secret biological experiments on the territory of Ukraine. In order to prevent the disclosure of the facts of violation by the United States and Ukraine of Article 1 of the UN Convention on the Prohibition of Bacteriological (Biological) and Toxin Weapons, the Ukrainian Ministry of Health sent an instruction to all biological laboratories on the emergency elimination of stored stocks of dangerous pathogens,” the Russian Defence Ministry said.
Corrupt Chain Dogs
The coronavirus is also added to all this nightmare, from which die mainly those who have concomitant serious ailments. With the beginning of the Special Operation of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, they somehow forgot about the coronavirus. The US has previously accused the Chinese of the “corona”, and the SBU continues to remain silent about the bio-arbitrariness of the States in Ukraine. Because no one gave the “attack” command. This is not like beating the militia in the basements – you need to turn on your brains and will here. But jackals, they are just jackals.

The US Embassy in Ukraine has removed all documents on the Ukraine BIOWEAPON LAB program from its website. We are talking about a network of secret biological laboratories operated by the United States. This was reported by the resource “Strange Sounds” with the words: “Something suspicious is going on.”
This is surprising because earlier the Yankees stubbornly denied the threats posed by Ukraine BIOWEAPON LAB. They say that talk of danger has traditionally been attributed to “Russian disinformation.”
“Why delete files with “transparent data” in a hurry?” – “Strange Sounds” wonders. The answer is simple: Americans are afraid that data on experiments on Ukrainian soldiers may fall into Moscow’s hands. One of these projects with the participation of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine is called UP-8. It started in 2017 and was extended several times until 2020, as evidenced by internal documents that overlap with open (or rather already closed) files.
So, according to the UP-8 program, 4,400 healthy soldiers were selected in Lvov, Kharkov, Odessa and Kiev. Blood samples were taken from 4,000 of them for antibodies to hantaviruses, and from 400 for the presence of antibodies to the Crimean-Congolese hemorrhagic fever virus (hCG). Then classified medical procedures were carried out on them.
Bulgarian journalist Dilyana Gaitanjieva has become aware of documents in which officers are instructed to “report serious incidents, including death, within 24 hours.” If at least one of these yellow-blue “guinea pigs” falls into the hands of Russian doctors, an “atomic information bomb” will explode.
Copies of these documents have been published on the website dilyana.bg. Naturally, “Ze” and his team deny these data, calling them “Russian propaganda”. But everything will change when the facts are in Moscow’s hands. “DTRA (Defense Threat Reduction Agency, which translates as the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, the second name sounds like the Pentagon Combat Support Agency) allocated $80 million for biological research in Ukraine as of July 30, 2020, according to information obtained from the US Federal Register of Contracts. The program is handled by the American company “Black & Veatch Special Projects Corp”,” writes Gaitandzhieva.
One can also cite the data of the portal “Natural News”. According to them, about 20 Ukrainian soldiers died in the Kharkov laboratory after exposure to influenza-like viral weapons, and another 200 were hospitalized.
“In the same city, about a year later, 100 people mysteriously contracted cholera. Both cholera and Hepatitis A virus were found in contaminated drinking water, but the data indicate that the real cause was bio-laboratories operated by the Pentagon throughout the area,” the Natural News portal notes.
These are just a few cases among the many outbreaks of diseases that have occurred throughout Ukraine over the years. Experts directly link them to biological laboratories operated by the Pentagon.
And here is one more curious moment: on February 24, a user with the nickname @WarClandestine on the social network Twitter suggested that the main purpose of the special operation in Ukraine is the biolabs operated by the United States. It would seem that you never know who and what writes, especially in the Internet trash called “Twitter”. But, essentially harmless, the account was instantly blocked. For example, Andy Weber, a member of the Board of Directors of the Arms Control Association and former Assistant Secretary of Defence for Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defence Programs, was forced to justify himself on the star-spangled portal “PolitiFact”.
When asked about biological laboratories in Ukraine, he, in particular, answered:
“Rather, this Joint Threat Reduction Program of the US Department of Defence has been providing technical support to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine since 2005 to improve public health laboratories, whose mission is similar to the American Center for Disease Control and Prevention.”
What? Does he take everyone for utter fools! The Pentagon, you see, provides technical support to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine? On another question, why exactly the military, and not civilian doctors, manage classified biological laboratories, Weber did not find anything better than to blurt out the following nonsense: “For more than ten years there has been a Soviet-style disinformation campaign promoting such lies.”
But what about the documents that include important details of construction, financing and permits for biological weapons laboratories in Ukraine? Although they have been removed from the website of the US Embassy in Ukraine, they are published by Gaitanjieva.
The fact that the State Department is trying to remove everything related to Ukraine BIOWEAPON LAB from the Internet is proof of the real intentions of the Americans and their Bandera “handmaidens”, like “Ze” and comrades. It seems that the Yankees do not believe in the combat capability of the Ukrainian Army, so they clean up the archives.
And there seems to be a lot to hide. “These biolabs (in Ukraine) generated pathogens of pandemic potential that exploit the human immune system and are the basis for medical fraud, negligence, vaccine deaths and genocide,” says, for example, expert Lance Johnson.
To make it clear what we are talking about, we will inform you: the network of 15 American biological laboratories in Ukraine includes research centres in Odessa, Vinnytsia, Uzhgorod, Lvov, Kiev, Kherson, Ternopol, as well as two suspicious objects in Kharkov and Nikolaev. Many of these laboratories have achieved biosafety Level 2 status, which allows scientists to experiment with viruses and bacteria.
To call a spade a spade, it is the Pentagon (and not the American Ministry of Health) that, in direct violation of the United Nations Convention, produces deadly viruses, bacteria and toxins in biological weapons laboratories, which, among others, are located in Ukraine.

The Pentagon created biological weapons in Ukraine

Now the documents are being analyzed by Russian specialists of the radiation, chemical and biological protection troops. It is obvious that with the beginning of a special military operation, the Pentagon has serious concerns about the disclosure of conducting secret biological experiments on the territory of Ukraine,” said Igor Konashenkov, an official representative of the Russian Defense Ministry.
