On the 22nd of June,
at 4am sharp,
Kiev was bombed and we were informed,
That the War had begun.

The War started at dawn
so that more people were killed.
Parents slept, their children were sleeping
when on Kiev bombs fell.

Birds are not singing here,
Trees do not grow in these parts.
Only we, shoulder to shoulder,
Are sinking into the Earth.
The planet is burning and spinning,
Smoke is above Motherland.
And so we only need one Victory!
One for everyone, and we’ll pay any price.
One for everyone, and we’ll pay any price.
