Actually you have mistaken me for something which i am not, A democrat.
I do not belive in Majority rule, I belive in a system of goverment where individual rights are the FUNDAMENTAL reason for goverment.
This means that goverment is instituted among men in order to protect these rights ( for a explaination of rights got to LLs homepages).
Your right to live your life as you see fit stops when your actions violates somebody elses rights.
A system of goverment does not limit anyone from living their life without anyone interfering, but secures everybodys right to do so and preventing people from violating these rights
Tyrrany is a system from which one must protect one self from, sometimes tyrrany comes from within or lies concealed , and then those who discover this must cry a warning to all in order to rally a defence.
I have seen tyrrany ,it lies in practically every programme in Ladonia , altough not explicit but implicit, and my candidacy is the cry for a defence against tyrants.
I am not begging for votes, if i could make Ladonia a country of freedom and individual rights by withrawing from the election , I would.
But that is not going to happen is it??
Altough i would much rather listen to politicans begging for votes every four years than looking at a system where the leaders are appointed by inheridance rather than consulting the citizens for a mandate.
For it is the citizens that have given the state its powers and they can take these powers back if the state becomes a tyrrany.
I am not a god.
Those who wishes to regulate citizens must belive that they are gods.
I know that i have no wish to govern without the citizens consent.
That does not make me a democrat, because i belive that the majority is not allowed to violate other citizens rights.
Do i wish Ladonia to become an example: OF course!!!
Ladonia must be once we have established freedom a supporter of freedom in the world
Only when a new world rises from the old can we feel confident that our freedom is secure.
the whole system of monarchy is based on the system of a ruler and his/her servants ,no one has ever managed to make monarchy a system of freedom because it is impossible.
A system where one person reigns supreme is not freedom.
A system that protect individual rights is.
Freedom is not to do anything you feel like.
Freedom is when your rights are respected and if nescesary upheld so that men can coexist withone another respecting each others rights.
The LL want a society where everyones rights to LIFE; LIBERTY ; AND PROPERTY is guaranteed for all men.
Not a system based on heriditary rule where any ruler can rule over man as he see fit.
Therefore a system of monarchy is not under any circumstance a system of freedom.
