You are right about the presidential decree. But since I
happen to be the queens man I am of the opinion that the right to
appoint ministers is hers. After all, we do not hear so much
from our president, except this presidential decree.
Thus i gladly in a jolly anarchistic way do not care all to
much of the matter concerning decrees and such. And by the way,
my point of view is that also our state secretary, Lars
Vilks is entitled to appoint ministers.
And new ministers must after all be scrutinized by the
cabinet of ministers.
