I must agree with Count Torby. While our President
did make the decree, it seems that he doesn't du much.
I do not mean to demean or put down our venerable
President in any way, but so far the only things I
see that he's come up with are his Presidential decrees
giving him great ammounts of power. Quite frankly,
it seems like State Secretary Lars Vilks does much
of the jobs I would allot to a President. In my
opinion, HRH Queen Ywonne I Jarl and State Secretaty
Lars Vilks should be able to appoint Ministers
