Not knowing the proper procedure, I am about to propose making Richard M. Stallman an Honorary Citizen of Ladonia. I shall shortly address Lars Vilks with this proposition. Richard M. Stallman is the founder of Free Software Foundation and the GNU Public License, a co-developer of GNU/Linux, and the programmer behind GNU Emacs and GNU C Compiler (gcc). He has done rather a lot in making Earth a better place and, I believe, deserved to become a Ladonian citizen!
