I must disagree with you on the second point and say that participation problem is rather acute for both gender. Ladonia is neither patriarchal nor matriarchal as there are no restrictions - neither political nor social - concerning citizens' gender. If the female activity on the board and in the political infrastructure of Ladonia is low, well - it is totally women's fault. Nobody and nothing keeps them from being more active!
As I see it, the activity on the board is extremely low when it comes to both gender. There is only a small bunch of people who write here. Where are the remaining 2950 citizens?
