Hear ye, oh faithful Ladonians!!!
About a week or so ago a Holy Event occured in Ladonia
as the altar of Eris was constructed. In pouring rain and
flowing mud, I bravely made my way to Ladonia, tried hard
by Greyface in my quest. But as i finally reached the
border, the rain suddenly stopped, and the sun showed.
Together with the construction of the altar, the Holy
Waaaal was also brought back to Ladonia, as our
president had foreseen.
The altar itself is situated on top of the cliff above
Nimis, with a beatiful view over the capital and the sea.
It consists of a stone circle, separated in two halves.
One of these is barren ground, with an inlaid pentagon,
symbolizing the aneristic illusion, the concept of order.
The other half is covered with rich green grass, in which
rests a golden apple, thus symbolising the eristic
illusion, the concept of chaos.
On a rock atop of this stands the Holy Waaaal. All and
any Discordians are hereby encouraged to make a pilgrimage
and make sacrifices to the Goddess here. (The altar may
be somewhat hard to find, to make things a little bit
more complicated for Swedes or other haethens, who might
want to desecrate the altar, but just let Eris guide your
steps and you'll (hopefully) find it).
