Ladonians in heart and soul,
The skills of observation possesed by Minister Horatius is, again, admirable.
The presidental absence is indeed of no value to Ladonia.
In the peak of the ancient Rome, some passed-away Caesars enjoyed the honour of becoming a God. (Yes, there was a few idiots that claimed themselves to be living re-incarnations of Gods as well, but let us not focus on these misguided products of inbreeding.)
The status of God was honoured, for instance, to Augustus Ceasar (and a couple of his closest inheritors).
Maybe we could consider the same for our President(without making further unfair comparisons with the great Augustus).
All in line with "Ministers on Ice" (i.e. Presidents Above).
By giving former heads of state a more Devine role in Ladonia, we would also liberate them from any responsibilities what so ever.
– A God may do what a God wants to do.
And in the future, maybe even have a reason for National Celebration on the rare occations the Gods chooses to speak.
Humbly and Earthly,
Your Minister of Propaganda
Aslak Viking
