Ladonian time is the correct time of the sun. It is
in its details very complicated but as for practical
use we have GMT + 3 minutes (when it is summertime
this is GMT + 63 minutes). So far we have had no
incidents in air traffic. GMT + 63 minutes = LMT.
Then there is the local variations. In East Ladonia
the correct time is LMT - 3 seconds.
Quite a lot of ladonians want to change the time
in the summer. The suggestion is to let the time
remain at 2.00 PM for two hours and then let the
time between 1.00 AM - 3.00 Am just disappear. We
will thus win much more daylight than other
countries.
