I can agree with you : that it is about time we have a disussion about our Örtug and I will : put forward a hypothesis on its genesis and function. : First of all there is a link between Nimis and Örtug. Nimis means : "too much" and Örtug is a currency. The moral implications of "too much" : could be interpreted as a shout into the open sky; a shout for peace; a : shout for a freeing from the dependance of the Mammonian world; a crying : out for reconciliation. : Thus Örtug has a symbolical function, as a remainder for us ladonians of : our origin. Örtug also has a practical function, in my view. : Every country on the earth has its own stamps. When ladonia was created : it was evident that stamps had to be made. Thus Ladonia existed and there : were stamps, but the latter couldn't be bought because we didn't have a : currency. Thats when Örtug had to be created.
