As I was reading Roman Text from Justinian. I found the following information of great importance. Justinian after nearly a thousand years of Roman law states lawyers might well be regarded as priests of justice. I almost didn't wish to post this quote. However inlight of the trial against our beloved Ladonia I felt it makes clear a very good truth;

"Anyone intending to study law [ius], should first know whence the
word ius is derived. It was named ius from justice: for, as Celsus
aptly defind it, LAW IS THE ART OF THE GOOD AND THE FAIR! It is by
virtue of that that man might call us priests; for we worshop
justice, and we profess a knowledge of what is good and fair,
SEPARATING THE FAIR FROM THE UNFAIR, discriminating between what is
allowed and what is not allowed, DESIRING TO MAKE MEN GOOD NOT
MERELY BY FEAR OF PENALTIES BUT BY ENCOURAGEMENT OF REWARDS;
we lay claim, unless I am mistaken, to a true philosophy,
NOT A SHAM PHILOSPHY."

At first glance you make think this strange, but these words were
written by one of the greatest minds of JURISPRUDENCE.

It is better to show encouragment rather then fears of jail, fine
and penalties. Has this hand been offered?
