Super-order or creative order?

In the present issue of Ladonian Herald Lord Aslak Viking, Minister of Propaganda calls for order. He proposes a subdivision of certain ministries and suggests, for example, that the fascinating and extremely important Ministry of Football should be subordinated the not yet existing, Ministry of Sports and Recreation, and the Ministry of Jazz should be subordinated The not yet existing Ministry of Culture. There are, in my opinion, som major problems attached to this, what it first appear, harmless proposition by the Minister of Propaganda. Its a depressing thought to bury the creative labels of our country's ministries under formalistic labels sucg as "culture" and "Sport". The latter lables has an air of tiresome communal-political jargong. We need not an administrative hierarchy between ministries, that is, Super-ministries with, one suppose, Super-ministers, who take care of the subordinatied ministers and their creative work. To have all ministries on the same horizontal level, keeps the diversity on the surface and it will shine in its colours at the curious and nomadic-minded ladonian (nomads are used to wander about, not following straight routes). This harmless proposal applicates a traditional foreign view on administrative ordering, but this view is not created for the Ladonian context. If a categorization is absolutely necessary, then I propose that it is made upon other criteria (on a horizontal level without hierarchy), for example levels of abstractions or connections to different symbolical areas in Ladonia.

Centralizing forces are all ever present, but Lord Aslaks idea of using the Ministry of Propaganda primarily in the external battle against swedish authorities, based on tactical power, is no idea if the creativity of Ladonia at the same time has to be subordinated the formalization he propose. Diversity is the very foundation of our existence as a country, we must remember, and it has to be protected from the hungry beast of formalization; a beast that never rests and never become satisfied.
