: Needless to say, since it seems not many other countries have recognized Ladonia, I have never heard of your country. I am a citizen of the USA and I wish to know more about your country. I want to know your history, your location, everything...are there titles of nobility available like the British "Lord of the Manor titles?" Can I become a citizen? Again...please send me anything anyone on this board has. Thank you!

Hello, Matthew!
Well, Ladonia is a country, which does not depend on being recognized by other states (although the question has been up in the Parliament). Ladonia is both a Republic and a Monarchy - thus Remony. The country is situated in the southern part of Sweden, a region called Skåne, so it is very much physical, unlike many other "internet" countries. Internet is a means of administration, and you can find much information about Ladonia on Ladonia's official internet site.
Ladonia publishes its own newspaper and by reading older issues you can learn much about happenings in the country. Becoming a citizen is also very easy - just send an application form via internet, and, yes, you can assume a noble title.
But, once again, the best way to learn much about Ladonia is to study its official pages...
With best regards,
Nemo.
A Speaker of the 1st Chamber of the Ladonian Parliament, and
Head of the Office of Nothingness.
