What is "Homeland" do they have a web page? I cannot guarantee relations with a nation that cannot give me proof of indentity. I think it is important to note that two of countries that have last contacted me turned out to be hoaxes (Great Potato and Atlantis) perhaps our standards are too high and we should simply start relations with anyone.
Of course, it is obvious that I would not want Ladonia's standard lowered, however, I cannot help but be worried when idiots make idiots of ladonia.
